Shared Use Commercial Kitchen

Get Cooking at The Greenleaf Center!

Our Shared Use Commercial Kitchen will be available to state licensed food businesses. Our dedicated Kitchen Manager will be your guide through the licensing and inspections process. If you're ready to scale up a cottage food business or test out your food business plan before you commit to your own brick-and-mortar location, we'll be ready to help.


Due to space limitations, our kitchen's equipment will be all electric, with limited gas cooking. We're creating a flexible prep space with an emphasis on processes such as dehydrating, freeze drying, small batch coffee roasting, baking, meal prep, and more. Dedicated space for ingredient and equipment storage, a produce washing and packing station, and plenty of cooler space are top priorities as we design the kitchen.
